Is there any way, if I had an iso saved to my hard drive, to make a shortcut cut or bat file to make epsxe boot to the game automatically?

Not necessary, you can click on RUN with ISO which is found in ePSXe options.

Thanks, I have to wait to go home though to see. I guess if I wanted to have multiple games boot automatically I can have multiple copies of it.
