N64 Emulation Errors... Help.

Ok, I've downloaded and tried Project 64 and 1964 and neither work for me. For Project 64, it says "Direct 3D Error" or something like that, and I click ok and it takes me to the main window. But when the window opens it says, "Cannot open file (super smash bros..z64) because not all files all initialised" or something like that.

1964 says, "Error to load video", and it says "str" on the top of the error window.
I've tried different games (only 2, but I don't think it's a problem with the ROM). Yeah, I have all the system requirements.

What should I do? Need help...

i need help to find any sites that have nintendo 64 games that i cane download does anyone now any sites??:)
