PS2 3-D character and stage models

Hi , Does anyone know if there is a way to rip 3-D files from PS2 disks on to your PC?

There may be a few game specific utilities out there (kind of like the music ripper for GTA3), but you won't find an all in one utility for that kind of work as far as I know.
