FF7 US to FF7 EUR

is ther a way to put an US version game in EUR version? because I downloaded the 3rd CD of FF7(mine broke) and this one is american and I had the european version. I guess the save won't work so i'd like to convert the game to EUR is that possible? How?

No, the save won't work with the european version unfortunately. I had this problem with FF8. It's essentially a different game in terms of saving, so you'll have to find another one i guess.
