Okay i had enough of this stupid rom, so can anyone tell me which is the emulator that can play this rom.
I tried VBOY 1.2 to 1.8 and the 1.8 says GAMEPAK ERROR turn off power.
But i am sure i downloaded it at a right location with the right filesize which is 3.95MB
Many thanks in advance.

There is a possibilty that you need to change the game save type in order to make it work. :)
Note :
Rather to play it with NES since the game is also available.

I have already played it in NES,but i want to play it in GBA ,maybe has better sound i think.

Well most CLASSIC NES SERIES roms are bad dumbs due to a very good Nintendo copy protection system. There was a patch released but it did not work for me.I bought anyway since it costed only 20 Euro.

Good for you Belmont, but i searched some stores and haven't found it.
I get the DOUBLE PACK from one of my friends and i changed it with 4 other cartdriges.Yeah it's a robbery but it's worth for me since it hasn't come yet here.
Anyway thanks for your help.So there is not a possible way to play it in an EMU for now, well i will wait for later or i will buy it when i will found it.
My friend has just arrived from USA.

I got the classic nes castlevania on the release date since the game was already out on other regions and had this very good protection system that led to the bad roms.
As for the double pack I didn't buy it since I have both games.

I found the solution! I'm using the latest version of VBALink (vers. 1.8.0). For this game you have to change the save type, so here's how using VBA:
1. On the Menu Bar, click on Options.
2. Now click on Emulator and a side menu will pop up.
3. On that side menu, go down to Save Type and another side menu will pop up.
4. On this new menu, choose EEPROM AND Flash 128K.
That should let you run the game. Hope that works for your copy.
Edit: ARRRRGH!! Spoke too soon. Doing so above, does let you load the game, however, the controls are so unresponsive making it virtually unplayable. :( I'm beginning to believe that this just may be a bad rom.
However, the good news is that it's available for download in Nintendo's eshop for $4.99 if you have a 3DS or 500pts with the Wii.

I highly doubt anyone from 2006 is still looking for a solution. For future use, dont bump post that old? Though I'll leave this post since its worth while.
