im new and have 2 questions.
1. i have a 1964 emulator because you project 64 download doesn't work. i have everything working but the video. what plugins can i use for a good video.
and
2. how do plugins actually interact with the emulator. i download them but it does nothing. sombody please help me!!:confused:

Project64 works, because the only place I've downloaded it is here. Good plugins are Rice's and Jabo's for video and audio plugins (Jabo's audio plugin won't work on 1964, so use Azimer's audio plugin instead). For controller plugins, there's Jabo's and N-Rage's.
Be sure to put your plugins into the plugins directory. Also make sure the emulator is closed when inserting plugins into the folder.

i have a black screen but the sound works perfectly.
i cannot find the rom diretory anywhere. the only idea i have is 'dollar sign' 1964.exe\plugins
please keep helping me butters.
one of the video plugins worked poorly but surely.
only marios head shows up and moves but nothing else shows up.\
and i my computer have a proble with finding glide64 because of the many components in the archive help me!

It'll be helpful if you post your system specs like the kind of video card you have, processor speed, memory, etc. and, of course, the plugins you are using.

I have doubtly about your graphic card is the main problem. :rolleyes:
