What is the best program to use when creating isos?
CDrWin is perhaps the most precise, but Nero is easier and not bad. There's a very nice freeware tool named TurboRip (http://nick.serveblog.net/index.php?ind=downloads&op=entry_view&iden=8). You can dump PSX, Sega CD, PCE-CD, PC-FX and many others, but not NeoGeo CD.

Given the fact that Alcohol 120% is a commercial program using Hagbard's suggestion, TurboRip, is probably a much better way to make an ISO. Still, the fact that the screenshots seem to show that it's a command line program may be a problem to some people.

ISOProducer is pretty much recommendable for making an image from PS games. ;)
