Zelda - The Ocarina of Time HELP!!

Hi i am stuck in Zelda - The Ocarina of Time, can anyone help? I am in a room in the Deku Tree and i am trying to find an underwater switch in this room. It has a spinning spiked log in the centre. Here as a link to a picture: http://www.piczo.com/zeldahelp1 plz visit and help me!! Thank you! Ben

But are you playing the Master Quest version? The Master Quest version doesn't have a switch underwater so there's another way.
