The same applies here as in your
other thread.
From the PS3 we can expect higher polygon counts, more complicated and detailed game enviroments, better AI and game engines due to a faster processor, higher quality textures, clever pixel shaders (things like realistic fur on characters for example), etc. etc.
But it's silly to say what sort of hardware it'll have at this stage. It's also impossible to describe it in terms of maximum potential. Just wait for Sony's marketing spiel if that sort of thing excites you.
