ack someone help me!

i just downloaded super smash bros melee for gc, and dolphin emulator for gc...they both work i guess, but when i boot up the gcm, it says that the memory card is corrupted, and it needs to be formatted! what do i do?! :verysad:

I wouldn't worry too much because even if you make it work, won't be playable (read: very slow)

Because:

PS2/xbox/GC emulators are in their early stages.
They work like crap to put it in a dark view and easy to understand.

Big progress was made with PS2 emu...PCSX2,but still far from "the truth".

so what can be done to play on PC? i dont have the money to buy gamecube, how much time we must wait, is there a release date or something?

Well...PS2 just had a price drop and GC is cheap.

If you can't buy one,you will have to wait about 2 years to have something worth taking a look at.
I don't know about GC emus progress but the guys behind PCSX2 (PS2 emu) are working really hard to make a good emulator and eventually they'll succeed.
