Can I Have Color On My Emulator If its Not Full Screen?

when i have it full screen is the only time its in color if its only half or whatever you call it its in black and white and ill try to post a screenshot

Probably a Video Plugin problem.

Are you using 16/32 bit color modes on both desktop and emulator?
