I am a newbie i just got registerd and my question is is there a PSP emulator that works for naruto for psp or is somone working on it? :) thanks btw

No.There is no good PS2/GC/XBOX/PSP/NDS emulator.

by asking for a psp emulator i didnt ask for a FULLY workable emulator becaouse i know there isnt im asking is there an PSP emulator that can run some isos not all.And another question can PS2 emulatros run gamecube isos?. :)

Try all the emus you want...ALWAYS check the Read Me included.
It should answer your questions on compatability.
