Turbo fire

Hey guys is there an emulator with turbo fire option to set to different buttons? I see there is an autofire option for Visual Boy Advance emu but its just always on so thats not so good.

I got this sick ps2 controller to use for my emulators (Logitech extreme action controller) that has turbo, but it doesnt work right with my Super joy box converter :(
