Gradia I problem (Spoiler)

I'm at the part where Liete talks after the cinematic, but I can't proceed with the dialogue. Is there any way I can fix this?

By the way, im plugins are

Which ePSXe version you're using? I'd try 1.5.2 if you're running 1.6.0, or PSXeven if still doesn't work properly. It's also possible Pete's Direct3D works better for you, and the recommened BIOSes are SCPH-1001 and SCPH-7502, but I'm not sure this might have a big impact.
BTW you can update the Eternal SPU up to 1.50

Or perhaps P.E.Op.S GPU plugin as an alternative GPU plugin to Pete's GPU plugin. :)
