I've got 2 questions:
1: Does anybody know a GBA emulator for GBA?
2: Does anybody know a N64 emulator that needs the bios of the N64?

What are you talking about? Are you asking about an emulator that can be worked for GBA, not for PC?

2: Does anybody know a N64 emulator that needs the bios of the N64?
I don't think that any emulator that would need N64 bios if you asking about N64 emulator for PC.
