has there been any progress with DreamEmu? does it boot any games?

It doesn't run commercial games of any kind...

The person in charge of development/releasing test version has announced it " On Hold " and has followed up informally with " I"m lazy " and " untill I get a new PC "

Take that as you will :)

So... jet set radio and soul caliber aren't commercial right!

They are both commercial games, any game you buy in a
shop is considered a commercial game.
