I know cheats for Sega Gens+ are like this: name.cht.
Can I find a cheat file similar to Mame, like cheat.dat ? Or do I have to find cheat files like "Sonic.cht"...

Where do I download them ? Anybody know a site ?

If cheats work the same for ZSNES don't be shy, post a link ! :D

Perhaps this is not exactly what you need, but in the download section of the Gens website (http://gens.consolemul.com), you can find a codebook, from which you can also download .pat files.
