i play Smackdown2 know your role
but in fullscreen the game doesnt look very well

The best config is simply the one which works best after a bit of tweaking. It's probably not worth asking people the best settings for a game they've never played on hardware they can't directly fiddle with. I suggest educated guesses at settings, a bit of trial and error, and see if you can find anybody else who has emulated the game to ask them how they set it up. Google is good for that, try searching for "smackdown epsxe" (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=smackdown+epsxe&btnG=Google+Search).

The best config is not a universal thing.

I don't know if your current configuration allows you to run everything with maximum shinies, but it's worth a try just grabbing the plugins that work best for you, and then tinkering with the settings for that game.

the best video plugin that runs in my opinion is "petes dx6 d3d driver 1.57" works better tha the rest, must b coz it runs with direct x
