Im trying to run Blitz and a few other games in MAME32, but im missing the CHD file/s? What is this? Anyone help me out? Thanks

You can't play those games without their .chd.You need to use Google to find those as it's against the rules to ask for them here.

A CHD is a compressed harddisk. Some arcade games use(d) them to store large amounts of data on them. You can see CHDs in MAME just like an ISO for f.e. a PSX game. Because they are harddisk, they are normally fairly large.

CHD stands for Compressed Hunks of Data, and yes, usually are HD images but also CD images, like the CPS-3 CHDs

Oops, forgot about those... In the future, console CDs (PSX, Saturn, etc.) will also be supported with CHDs for MESS.
