Best GBC/GB emulator with frame skip feature

i tried a few GB/GBC emulators. Most of them are rather choppy when you frame skip or too fast. does anyone know of a Emulator that runs decent speed without the choppy~ness when frameskipping. thanks~

its in dos, and plays perfectly, well, its a demo, programmed by the guys in BUNG "v64 related"
the gui is a bit tricky to understand but i'm sure you can get things working without any major trouble.

Yes, BGB it's excellent. Also TGB (it's english tanslated out there) and KIGB are very good.
