1964 screen centered too low

Whenever i try to play knockout kings 2000 with 1964 the game screen is centered too far down, and i cant read all the in game menu options. No matter what settings i try i cant correct this, has anybody else experienced this ?

Perhaps Rice Video plugin works better

Actually, thats the plugin im using now. Strange thing is, after i turned on the option for the memory pak and formatted it, the problems gone.
