I need help

Ive got ePSXe and it runs perfectly except when I run Tekken 3 there no music

Check all the settings in the CDR plugin menu and the Audio plugin menu. Some games need that to allow audio to be heard.

Some audio plugins have special boxes that need be checked off in order for the game's audio to be heard; fixes. Look around there.

Secondly, perhaps give another audio plugin a try for this game? I haven't any experience playing Tekken 3 emulated, so I can't tell you anything game specific :)
