What is "Nintendo Floor Vision"?
German gaming-site GameFront reported on a curious acquisition by Nintendo: the name "Nintendo Floor Vision." The original article translates as "Nintendo secured the name 'Nintendo Floor Vision' last month at the Japanese patent office. It is unknown what it is about." A search of the United States Patent and Trademark Office's website didn't unearth any similar applications. Nintendo has also not seen fit to register www.nintendofloorvision.com, although it appears www.floorvision.com has been purchased by BuyDomains.com in October '05. Could this be the VR dream Nintendo fanboys refuse to let go of? Probably not, but what could this unwieldy name mean? Commence speculation.
