Hello I am new to this forum. I have a file that ends in .fds and am using it in RockNES for Mac OS X. Does any one know how to flip the image to side two

I found out how press the F5 key to eject disk, then press the F4 key to flip the disk, then press F5 to reinsert the disk. Thanks anyway
