epsxe Netplay

Heya guys, I just started getting my epsxe alive, now I saw a thing in the Config called "Netplay".
I expect it is for playing games on Lan Partys for example ^.^

Now my question:
The programm wants me to select a Netplay plugin, but havent got one :(

Where to get this Plugin?
