HELP want to put emulators on my xbox with out ftp

i want to put my nintendo emulator on my xbox that uses executer chip and i don't have a router and i am not sure on about all the ftp that people are talking about.

is there another way to get the emulator on or am i out of luck

burn emu to dvd with roms and it shud work and the saves will stay on ur box
