can i take a rom and convert it to a playable cd?.i got a lot of snes roms i guess there called ( im brand new to this emulator/rom thing) and was just wondering about that..also do you have to put each game in its own folder..when i play a game and save progress it saves to where the other roms are..making me look thru 250 game files...and is there a bug in the game controller...sometimes to works and sometimes it dont..i use s9x1.39 emulator..and just now today downloaded the zsnesw142 emulator....any and all help id love..you can email me or add me to messenger at yahoo..my name is rocket9244 .

ohh..i have a 1.3 amd..384 ddr mem..windows xp.sp2..and a 100 g hard drive..32 mem video.thanx and have a great christmas/new yr..

Well I'm bit confused why you picked the Sony forum? My guess is that you want to put a snes rom on a cd and play it in the psx system. There may be a s9x emulator for psx 1 and 2 not sure there. As far as running a rom of a CD you could put the emulator ad the rom on a cd with a basic ini file. Then use the autorun to lunch the emulator with the rom on disc. If you have the emulator on your system I don’t see why you would want to do this. If your giving it to a friend I would see the point.

You can put your roms anywhere and also specify where to put saved states. I dont know if this can be done in s9x or not, but most other emulators you can.

"is there a bug in the game controller" Not sure on the official answer here, but with my experience YES! In order to assign buttons I have to go in to the config menu pick a button assign it and exit. I repeat this till I'm done. Works every time for me on s9x.

to my beliefs the sony psx isn't powerfull enough to emulate a snes so that isn't possible :p
