FCEU problem.....

Hi. FCEU is acting up for me. I have used it as well as snes and gba emu's on MY pc. but now I have set up these emu's for my friend and the fceu emu won't work. SNES and GBA both work but not the NES.

When I load the Game There is sound but a black screen. and it won't let me configure my gamepad either. It recognizes the gamepad (logitech Dual Action) but won't let me change the commands. but there is sound!

This pc is a little older and was won through an Essay contest! so I don't know anything about the specs, but Visualboy and Zsnes both work flawlessly. Thanks for any help.

Can'd you change the video config on "Options" -> "Video"? Perhaps it has soemthing to do with video hardware aceleration, and note that there two diferrent settings fro windowed and fullscreen modes.

Virtuanes, Nestopia, Fakenes, Nesten, Jnes, Gnes or NNNesterJE are other good NES emulators.

the only video mode I can edit is the screen size 640x480 and such. and when I change it nothing happens. the window size stays same. it won't work full screen. there is nothing in video options where you can edit the graphics. I don't think this comp has a graphics card. just stock. Visual boy and SNES both work tho. Thank you

Please take note that not all NES games can be played on the same emulator. Try to use other emulator if numerous method failed on that emulator.

You need to set the Streach to Fill Screen then go to Custom Video Mode and set it also :) here is a pic of what i'm talking about make sure your using FCE Ultra 98.12 that was the last one made
