Saturn iso help

Hi i just downloaded panzer dragoon saga iso but when i unzipped it it had 4 cue files,4 sub files,4img files and 4 ccd files(1 for each cd).my question is how do i turn all these files into a playable iso?all the other games that i've downloaded so far were normal isos that only needed to be converted with alcohol 120%...Can anyone help me please???

Mount the cue of the first CD with A120% or D-Tools. When the game asks you to switch CDs, mount the next one. Or burn the 4 of them.
