ok i just got pspe 0.9 and RIN 1.0 gb/gbc emulator to run on it. and it sucks. it is horribly slow, about 10%. of course the idea of emulating an emulator could be my problem too, so i decided to go on a forum and ask about it. So, how fast is RIN? i c it can run lots of games very accurately which gives me hope that it's the psp "interpreter"'s fault for sucking so much and that some newer versions of RIN (none of which can be run by pspe :( )have speed optimized. is this true?

RIN works great on my 1.50 firmware PSP.
You can optimaze the speed on the version I use.
All the games I've tried worked.
I mostly played Castlevania,Harry Potter,Survival Kids,Mario Land and some other rpg's.

thats great to hear. nothing gives me more nostalgia than some of those gameboy/ color handheld classics, seeing some of this crap they put on the gimmicky DS, like a ruined version of mario64 that makes yoshi the main character (to nintendo) :fuckyou:

Yeah,PSP rules in this.
I have these GB\GBC cardridges original but Ninty didn't make DS compatible with them. How stupid of them...

Yes it's strange but only RIN 1.0 (no other version) will work on pspe.
However there are many later versions of Rin, the latest being v1.32, they should work on your PSP.
