graphics problem with chrono Cross

I know its not my system...Pentium IV 3000+ , 512 mb ram, 128mb vid card etc. games like bof3 work fine its the 3d games that are kinda funny.
the characters look really crummy, the like move around and look weird lol, kinda hard to explain. any suggestions on how to fix this?
