A few questions. and yes i read the sticky!

Ok i dled ePSXe, found a BIOS file and put it in the folder. First question, does it matter that the epsxe folder is not in progam files but is in a temp folder? Moving on. I found i needed to dl a graphics plugin to operate the progam. So i tried using both of the petes open gl links and they both gave me .dll files. I have no idea what to do. I have a geforce fx5200, and i'm pretty sure that supports open gl...im so confused. Any help on anything that i have said is GREATLY appreciated... thanks guys.

You can use ePSXe in the folder you prefer, as long as it can write on the "memcard" folder to save the games progress.

To use any plugins, just place them on the ePSXe "plugins" folder, then run hte emu -> "config" -> and select "video" for GPU (video) plugins, "sound" for SPU (audio) plugins or "cd-rom" for CDr plugins. A list will appear where you can select then config your plugin.

Ok thanks. I got the graphics plugin to work. But now it says my BIOS is not working. I dled the scph1001.bin and i just put it into notepad and placed it the
BIOS folder...thats right isn't it?

you don't place it into notepad. You just place the bin file into the bios folder and thats it.
