I am a newbie in PS2 emulator thingi...I just downloaded Harvest Moon : A Wonderful Life Special edition but find out there's no .ELF files inside...

there's a few files such as PAD0000.bin, DATA0000.bin...how could i Run it? :confused:

No way, that's impossible.

And the best PS1 emulator is ePSXe.
