just a little bit. most of them are up to date except for the snes9x emu. just a bit behind. if you need i'll link to the latest.

but what about the unofficial realeses? compared to the unofficial realeses that one is garbage. so far the latest realese is "snes9x TYL 0.1" or something like that. check out pspupdates and check the emulator section there.

There is no official release, just many ports.

I'll have a look at updating the page as soon as I have some free time, ok?

First of all Paper Mario is an Nintendo 64 game, not a PSP game and I'm sorry but we can't help you with any rom requests.
