Help with pcsx2-0.8.1 and cd's

I have been trying to get this to work for awhile now I got the Rom1[1].bin and scph10000.bin So I got that working now, I put in a Ps2 Cd into my computer start up pcsx2-0.8.1 and hit Run Cd and, I go to the cd folder and open it up It has lots! of stuff in there on some Cd's and little on others I click things and It starts up but All I get is the Ps2 menu that says system configuration, And, Browser I go into browser no Cd or anything just 2 memory cards what am I doing wrong I can't play any games!!




Ps- Do I need a Dvd burner or reader?? I have one I just wanna know If you do or not.

You must have a DVD player to in order to try PS2 games. :cool:

Note : It is still unplayable in the current state of PS2 emulation.

Thanks well looks like ps2 emulators won't be fully functional or working at a resonable speed before ps3 comes out. so then we move onto ps3 lol.
