Hi people :

I have just registered to this forum. I´ve been reading the posts but it seems that I cannot hit the solution to the problem I have.
I have an Athlon 64 CPU with 512 Mbytes RAM and Vodoo 3 graphics card.
Operating System is WinXP.
I´ve downloaded the PCSX2 emulator. I´ve also downloaded the SCPH7502.bin bios file and installed in the bios directory. I´ve configured the bios directory.
When I hit RunCD (the Star Wars Epiosde III - Revenge of the Sith DVD is in the DVD reader), I get the error message "Unable to load bios: 'C:\.....\pcsx2SSE2-0.8.1\bios\ can't run without that".
What do I miss ?

Doh! That BIOS is for Playstation, not for Playstation 2. So, try to find another one.

Plus, there is no PS2 emulator that can run games on your PC in the current state. (I did try on my own just now)

I've downloaded the bios files from Internet. Now the PS2 games run, but sooooooo slowly that it's unplayable.
Well, my son will have to wait until I could buy the PS2.

Read the rules. No ROM request here. This includes BIOSes.
