i have a mac..I'm just wondering where i download the cartiridges, or the games or whatever for the emmulator (sixty force) that i have.

Well, asking for copyrighted games is not allowed, what can I say?.... After you go here (http://forums.emulator-zone.com/rules.php) you may try using search engines such as google or altavista to find those games.
