ffvii: Bugenhagen help!!!

I could really use someones help.
I've been playing FFVII (PAL) on my epsxe and when i get to the part where bugenhagen puts the key into the music box at the city of ancients(disc 2), my game freezes. I was wondering if someone could play past that part in the game for me then save it right afterwards and send it back.
I would really apreciate it

is it a disk or ISO?

its an iso,
i've looked all over the internet and it seems that a few people seem to get stuck at this point in the game whether it's an iso or a disc

Burn the CD and try to load it from there.
