I want to save my isos of psx on cds, they have two archives one in format .cue and the other in the format .bin. The question is, which program do i use?

Use Alcohol 120% (http://www.alcohol-soft.com/) or any other compatible burning software.

do what butters said. the .bin is the actual image file and the .cue is like a "referring" file that you dont need.
