i have downloaded SVC Chaos Rom but none of my emulators can play it,can somebody help out.

I used kawaks,mame,neorage,but none of them worked.

It would work only if you compile/edit the romdata from MAME, Nebula or FBA Alpha as your own version.

Plus, that game won't be included in official MAME gamelist until you wait for a year or two.

Use Kawaks 1.46 + loader.
