Hey friends, I have a few question if by any change some or any of u might know something about. With new CPU's out there, do u guys think that Games that use CHD in Mame or any other game or Emulator that run slow games, will run faster using CPU's like the Intel's or AMD 2 in one double core processors or probably the Intel's Pentium 4 3.8GHz 670 Prescott 800 MHz FSB 2MB L 2 Cache LAG 775 EM64biT Processor? How about computers equip with the double core processor and 2 brand new and very powerful GeForce 7800 GTX

Having a Desktop Computer equip with 2 very powerful CPU's and video cards. Will that make any deference Are there anyone out there with this type of processor's and video cards and have check those processor's and video cards out to see how much of a deference if any a machine equip with this component will make?

well If it gives processing power then of course it will help, but the emulator would proberlly have to be made to take advantage of these things. Even the 64bit processors have helped at better ssf saturn emu speeds. Though you won't see pcsx2 take advantage of this stuff until they get a more full version of there emu.
