truncated: cut up into pieces
truncated winrar compressions normally look like that. if you already have winrar installed and its not working, then that must not be it

but i never even assoiciated winrar these files. like i said before i DLed a torrent opened up the file containing the those.
btw i opened each file up with ISObuster and i found several CD images(1 for each file)and when i extracted them they came out as .BIN files. so im guessing there is a way of getting these .bin files to bind together and turn it to an ISO.

Have you even tried the "Open with" command and chose WinRAR? Those files should be merged as one .bin file when uncompressing.
