How can I turn my computer into a winamp radio station

or is there a program i can use so people can here my music

Never heard about, but you would need a massive amount of kbps, even mbps of upload, or getting a "streaming account" in some web hosting services.

You need something like shoutcast, you should be fine for a few listeners at
fairly low quality depending on your upload speed.
