Nope, different at all. Only that version had some minor bugs on some NeoGeo games and crash on different OS. Only works on Win XP SP 2. :)

The roms will work on any version of windows; I have it running on win95. It uses the MAME romsets, so just tell Nebula to use your MAME roms.

Whenever i run the nebula exe windows give me an error message and shuts it down. I'm running XP SP2. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

It's supposed to work on XP SP2 ... I don't use XP (banned in this house) .. so I can't help you any further.
