Rip it to an ISO using the tool of your choice (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off&q=cd+ripper&btnG=Google+Search&meta=).

Ahead Nero makes images, I'm fairly sure Alcohol 120 and CloneCD will do that as well.

I have, but I can't remember the name of it and it's driving me crazy...
You can just use Nero or something, though.

Try using ISO Producer (http://aldostools.mysite4now.com/isoproducer.html). It will create valid ISO images that can be used with any emulator.

I highly recommend Alcohol 120%
Alcohol 120% rips *.mds, *.ccd, *.cue, and *.iso

1. Don't bump old topics.
2. PlayStation CD images are not ROMs, but ISOs. For more help, feel free to start a new thread.
