mcr file to memory card?

I played Suikoden 2 on epsxe and now I was wondering if I could somehow load my suikoden 2 save file onto my memory card . Right now its in .mcr format.
Can anyone tell me if the epsxe .mcr file will work on the psone memory card?
I have a memory card adapter and link cable.

You need a memory card format converter to make it in your adapter format, then transfer it to the PSX memcard. Take a look here (http://aldostools.com/index2.html) ("PSX Memory Card Tools" section)
