then select CompaqTM Reader Keyboard

it's only valid for the US, which means about 3 people from this site can use this :(

military uses smart chips now in all their ID cards.... only thing its used for is holding personal informatio...... not sure if I like that idea.

Is this for real? I mean, I don't have to have an American Express card with a SmartChip in it to qualify?

you do not need to be a amex card holder/customer to get the keyboard.
