I have that one but i cant get it to work with 2 players :s like in Super Smash Bros. I tried 1 player with joypad and the other with keyboard but it didn't work. The 1st player could join but the second player couldn't whatever button I pressed on keyboard.

Take a look at this thread:

You need to do the same for the second player/virtual controller

Reinstalled it again, and it didn't work. I did the following: started Mario Kart 64 rom (with PJ64) > chose 2 player > keyboard could not move (when i pressed star button or move buttons on keyboard it did nothing) > switched: player 1 keyboard, player2 controller > keyboard could move but controller couldn't :S
So you see the problem ? Player 2 just doesn't work, not keyboard :(

Check the "Controller is plugged in" box, in "Options" -> "Controller Plugin..." -> "Player 2" Tab.
You might also try the N-Rage's Direct Input Plugin (http://emulator-zone.com/doc.php/n64/n64plugins.html). Change it in Options -> Settings -> Input Plugins
