PS1-games that require a light gun

I was trying to play a game TC on my comp,without a light gun,and playing with the keyboard is really anoying,I was wondering,is there any emulator or a plugin that has an option play games using the mouse? (like in Virtua Cop etc..)

ePSXe should work like this:

Go "Config" -> "Gamepad" -> "Pad 1" -> select "Digital/Gun (F5)" on the combo box right above. Now you can switch from gamepad to emulated lightgun with the mouse by hit <F5> key :cool:
