i was tryin 2 backup a ps2 game but the game is to big for a 4.7gb dvd is there any way of compressin it to fit.

well most ps2 devs use prassi primo dvd but i'm not sure if it compresses the game. by the way what game are we talking about?

ripkit is some kind of tools compilation to rip games to disk size. btw you tried primo dvd already?

With a PS2 DVD9 (8.5 Gb , dual layer) game like God of War, the only way to fit on a DVD5 (4.7 Gb , single layer) it's to rip it, either with a ripkit (the easiest way)or with a tool to downsample the movies. The last options it's quite hard as you needed to remove the DVD9 checks too, so use the first one. With google you'll find it for sure

Primo DVD it's a DVD burning software.
Rip kits are a set of tools and tutorials to fit a CD/DVD image in lower capacity media: For example, DVD9 to DVD5, or DVD5 to CD.
